Launched in 1991 as the world’s first digital detector, the PD230 series consists of dual channel inductive loop vehicle detectors which have been enhanced and updated several times over the years to keep the series current and ahead of our competition.
The PD270 series is a dual channel inductive loop detector and the latest generation of Nortech Parking Detectors. It is designed to meet the markets’ need for a more cost effective, ‘plug and play’ solution!
Our intelligent automatic frequency selection (AFS) ensures trouble free installation and improved sensitivity facilitating the reliable detection in all conditions. Automatic Frequency Selection (AFS) also results in less set up time, simplifying the installation of complex multi-lane access control sites. The sophisticated environmental tracking algorithm ensures that whether your site has a simple or complex configuration these detectors just work, giving you peace of mind.
Consuming less power and with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty, the PD270 series offers a low cost of ownership and is available with DIN Rail housing and relay base mounting.
The PD260 series - sophisticated functionality simplified. When flexibility and performance are required, the prestigious PD260 series is the dual channel inductive loop vehicle detector of choice. It is primarily suited to complex multi-lane access control and counting applications.
Equipped with an LCD display and intuitive user interface, this detector has on-board diagnostics giving the user detailed insight of loop parameters and detector performance. All the critical figures, such as background noise, loop signal strength and frequency, are clearly displayed whilst the detector settings can be adjusted with ease on the 3 button user interface interface. With an option to have a third relay output, sophisticated functionality is simplified in the ultimate parking detector.
The PD260 series also boasts Nortech Parking’s intelligent Automatic Frequency Selection (AFS) system enabling instant configuration of complex installations with multiple lanes and detectors.
